CoreLogic has launched a preliminary estimate of the wind and storm surge injury attributable to Hurricane Helene to residential and business properties in Florida and Georgia.

In accordance with CoreLogic’s preliminary evaluation, insured losses from wind and storm surge may vary between $3 billion and $5 billion. The approximation doesn’t account for inland flooding from precipitation, which shall be included in up to date assessments after the storm’s passage.
