He was born Aug. 15, 1959 in Fort Hood, Texas, the son of Robert Lee Hill and Ruth Marlene (Hattula) Hill. Mark’s household moved to L’Anse, Michigan when he was one. He grew up in Newberry, Michigan and graduated from Newberry Excessive Faculty with the category of 1977.

He was preceded in dying by his father, Robert Hill; parents-in-law, Vernon and Kathleen (Denissen) Van Beek; siblings-in-law, Kathleen (Gary) Collins, Linda Van Beek, Thomas Van Beek, and Theresa Van Beek; and different family.




Mark’s life will probably be honored with a memorial service held at 3 pm on Saturday, Might 18, 2024 at Huehns Funeral Residence, 1414 Michigan Road, Sturgeon Bay, with Fr. Anthony Birdsall officiating. He will probably be laid to relaxation within the columbarium at Allouez Catholic Cemetery.
