London, 05 June 2024 – World regulation agency Hogan Lovells has assisted Waste Administration, Inc (WM) on its $7.2 billion take-private acquisition of Stericycle, Inc. The deal is predicted to shut within the fourth quarter of 2024.
Stericycle, Inc. is a compliance firm that makes a speciality of amassing and disposing regulated medical waste, corresponding to medical waste and sharps, prescribed drugs, hazardous waste, and offering companies for recalled and expired items.
